What kinds of events do you plan besides weddings?

From milestone birthdays and anniversaries to baby showers and gender reveals, engagement parties, farewell celebrations and private corporate events. If your occasion needs a personal setting, we are the right people to talk to.

How many guests can you organise for?

From an intimate gathering to a large celebration with many guests. We adapt the guest count flexibly to your vision and to the right venue.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

For relaxed preparation we recommend around eight to twelve weeks. For larger celebrations with a specific venue in mind, earlier is better, because the most beautiful venues in Munich are often booked far ahead.

Can you plan a celebration as a surprise?

Yes, we do this regularly. We coordinate closely with you and the closest confidants and handle all communication with the vendors so nothing slips out.

What does the free initial consultation look like?

We listen, without obligation, to what you have in mind and give you an initial sense of scope, process and cost. You then receive a written quote. Only once you feel comfortable do we move forward.

What does planning a private event cost?

That depends on the scope, meaning how many areas we take on and how large the celebration will be. We always work with a fixed fee rather than a percentage of your budget, so you know where you stand from the start. A concrete range follows after the initial consultation.

Do you also plan events outside Munich?

Yes. Our focus is Munich and the surrounding area, but we also plan throughout Bavaria and, on request, in Tuscany and Mallorca, where we work with partner venues.

Can you take on very last minute requests?

That depends on the scope and our current availability. Feel free to reach out even on short notice and we will work out together what is possible.
